Richard Corica
President & CEO

Richard Corica is president, chief executive officer and a founding member of Elite Recovery Services, Inc. Under Corica’s leadership, Elite Recovery Services has grown to nearly 100 employees that manage more than $1.2 billion in face value of contingent and purchased inventory. In 2008, Elite Recovery Services will generate more than $25 million in gross collections. With more than 20 years of collection industry experience, Mr. Corica previously served as senior manager of collection operations for Account Solutions Group, LLC, responsible for directing activities for more than 300 collectors, 21 supervisors and 7 managers. Mr. Corica has earned a number of collection industry awards during his distinguished career, including service excellence awards with Household Credit, First USA and BMW. Mr. Corica also served as an elected government official for 10 years and had responsibilities that included overseeing a $200,000,000 annual budget as Finance Chairman.
   

Paul Niedzialowski
Executive VP Business Development

Paul Niedzialowski is executive vice president business development and a founding member of Elite Recovery Services, Inc. Mr. Niedzialowski—who established Elite Recovery Services in 2003—previously served as director of operations for Account Solutions Group, LLC (ASG), a New York–based collection agency. While at ASG, Mr. Niedzialowski held positions of increasing responsibility including directing all general management functions, as well as creating, implementing and managing the company’s operations performance management system. In 1998, Mr. Niedzialowski led ASG to earn its initial Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC)-2000 Certification, a call center quality standard certification similar to the ISO Certification process. In subsequent years, he directed ASG’s efforts to retain its certification and currently maintains his status as a certified and registered COPC coordinator. An Eagle Scout and graduate of the University of Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Core and Advanced Programs, Mr. Niedzialowski also spent 16 years as a surgical technician in the United States Army Reserve and served on active duty in the Persian Gulf during the first Gulf War.
  

David L. Benton
Chief Financial Officer

David L. Benton is chief financial officer for Elite Recovery Services, Inc., responsible for the implementation of management reporting, cost accounting, cash management and budgeting systems. Mr. Benton brings to Elite Recovery Services more than 30 years’ experience as chief financial officer or controller with manufacturing, distribution and service companies ranging from small, privately held firms to larger, multilocation companies. Currently, as the principal of CFO Resources, he serves as CFO for Elite Recovery Services, Inc. as well as performing outsourced financial management and analysis for several other companies. Prior to working with Elite Recovery Services, Mr. Benton held a series of senior-level executive finance positions for companies including Bakemark Ingredients (East), Fulfillment Systems International, Harmac Medical Products and Advanced Refractory Technologies. Mr. Benton has four years’ public accounting experience with Price Waterhouse and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Gannon University.
  

Paul Fron
Director of Client Services & Agency Outsourcing

Paul Fron serves as director of client services and agency outsourcing for Elite Recovery Services, Inc., responsible for all client-related processes and the company’s payment processing and media management operations. Mr. Fron was also instrumental in creating and currently manages the company’s outsourced collection agency network to ensure the achievement of liquidation performance targets established for Elite’s purchased portfolios. Mr. Fron began his career in collections at Account Solutions Group, LLC and quickly earned positions of increasing responsibility to team leader and collection manager. During his tenure at ASG, Mr. Fron successfully managed and was responsible for 3 client portfolios, 9 collection supervisors and 85 collection specialists. Prior to working at ASG, Mr. Fron served as a corrections officer for the state of New York.
  

Timothy Dugan
Director of Operations

Timothy Dugan is director of operations for Elite Recovery Services, Inc., responsible for the company’s in-house collection performance. Mr. Dugan has more than 20 years of collection industry experience, serving in a variety of roles with retail and banking organizations. Mr. Dugan joined Elite Recovery Services in 2003 as a portfolio manager and began implementing the company’s TouchStar dialer software and predictive dialer manager. Previously, Mr. Dugan served as assistant vice president and manager of the collection department at Key Bank in Buffalo, New York, and as assistant vice president at First Merchant Acceptance Corp. in Chicago.
  

Mike Murphy
Director of Human Resources & Administration

Mike Murphy is director of human resources and administration for Elite Recovery Services, Inc., responsible for directing the company’s human resources and benefits administration, along with serving as the company’s compliance officer and facilities manager. As compliance officer, Mr. Murphy personally trains every new collection specialist on adhering to the company’s strict compliance policy and holds regular ongoing compliance training for the entire collection staff. Mr. Murphy has more than 20 years of experience in the collection industry, including roles as a director of human resources, chief compliance officer, collection manager, recruiter, trainer and a collector. Earning multiple certifications from the Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC), Mr. Murphy also served a four-year term as a volunteer mediator/arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Western New York (Community Dispute Resolution Program).
  

Diana Toth
Director of Information Technology

Diana Toth is director of information technology for Elite Recovery Services, Inc., responsible for developing the company’s information technology strategy to ensure its management information system is scalable to meet the company’s future growth initiatives. With more than 19 years of experience in the credit card collection industry, Ms. Toth previously served as director of client services and software applications for Account Solutions Group, LLC, responsible for designing and implementing software application solutions to ensure maximum utilization and minimum downtime. Ms. Toth also spent several years providing technical and system support with Marine Midland Bank. Ms. Toth earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems management from State University College at Buffalo.
  

Timothy J. Polyachyk
Asset Manager/Operations Analyst

Timothy J. Polyachyk is asset manager/operations analyst for Elite Recovery Services, Inc., responsible for managing purchased portfolio acquisitions and sales activities and analyzing company and outsourced collection performance for a diverse list of debt sellers and company clients. Mr. Polyachyk, joined Elite Recovery Services in 2003, and has more than 10 years of collection industry experience, having held positions of increasing responsibility from assistant in dialer development and implementation, to assistant in training and employee development to collection manager. In addition to his experience in the collection industry, Mr. Polyachyk also earned valuable experience during his three years in the U.S. Navy, where he quickly worked his way up the chain of command on board the USS South Carolina, based out of Virginia Beach.
